Dear Colleagues

A potential concern has been identified on specific vehicles within the above Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) range.

Customers may express a concern that their vehicle is displaying the Service Required Message earlier than expected, prior to the maximum 21,000 miles / 34,000km or 24 months in service.

As part of Jaguar Land Rover's routine continuous improvement engineering activities, additional engineering work has been completed to enable increased distances between services.
